ACH Payment Instructions:

Most banks offer the option to send an ACH Payment directly via their mobile app. If you are unsure how to initiate an ACH Payment in your banks mobile app, you should contact your bank customer support team and request that they instruct you on the proper steps of doing so.

If you prefer, you can also visit your local branch and instruct them to initiate an ACH Payment on your behalf.

What to Expect After Sending Payment:

When payment has been received, your order will be updated
Payment receipt will be sent via email.
Within 1-2 business days, the order will be released for shipment and tracking information will be sent to email address on file.
Finally, inmate will receive package 🙂
