Pay with Apple Pay

On your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the iMessages App, then start a new conversation with your ORDER # in the subject line and send to the following Phone #:📱(315) 400-5161
  2. Tap the Apple Pay button Apple Pay icon. If you don't see the Apple Pay button, tap App Store icon first.
  3. Enter the amount you want to send. (Check order confirmation email for the order total)
  4. Tap Pay, then tap the send button Send icon to review or cancel the payment.
  5. Confirm your payment with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

Respond to a request for money

  1. Open the request in the Messages app.
  2. Tap the Apple Pay button Apple Pay icon and enter an amount.
  3. Tap Pay, then send your payment and confirm using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

What to Expect After Sending Payment: 

  • When payment has been received, your order will be updated within 1 hour
  • Payment receipt will be sent via email.
  • Within 1-2 business days, the order will be released for shipment and tracking information will be sent to email address on file.
  • Finally, inmate will receive package 🙂
